The great ones understand the importance of not just external branding and marketing, but communicating your brand internally as well.With 17 facilities and counting, Autumn Lake was ready for a brand upgrade that would communicate their blend of quality care and fun, positive atmosphere—both to prospective clients and current employees across their vast network of facilities. We achieved this through introducing a full brand platform that included various community initiatives, exciting employee initiatives, and revamped marketing materials to assist them with community outreach, employee retention and on-boarding, and increased resident population. With a new system of conceptual and visual assets, they now have a distinct, flexible identity that they can implement across their growing continuums.
