At The Arches, living the good life means enjoying luxurious living spaces for their residents. After building two beautiful high-end skyscrapers in the Bronx, The Arches was trying to attract tenants able to afford their best-in-class luxury apartments and top-tier amenities. They approached Ptex for a brand identity that conveyed the client’s high-life experience combined with the personal touch that each resident would enjoy, despite The Arches huge complex that could accommodate another 400+ residents.
The Solution
We created a logo and brand identity for The Arches that communicates the elegant, upscale lifestyle and luxurious amenities enjoyed by each resident. We designed an exquisite welcome kit that residents receive upon signing their lease, with an unboxing experience that ignites a feeling of warmth, belonging, and a standard of living tailor-made to meet their unique expectations. Many new tenants expressed their surprise and delight to receive such a magnificent welcome at The Arches.
